These Raquette Lake / Adirondack Park shape signs are made from reclaimed cedar.
Sand Plaques mean it was made with sand from Raquette Lake that was implemented on top of the lake shape to give it texture. Lake shapes were cut from metal, then painted, then sand was applied on top before being painted again.
The sand from Raquette Lake was taken from 2 locations:
- The main boat dock in front of Raquette Lake Supply
- Golden Beach.
Signs are 18" tall X 15" wide X 1/2" thick
