Sound Healing

Come join me for a sound healing event! I participated in my very first one recently and had such a profound experience that I wanted to share it with followers of Life in the ADK that would like to join me over the summer.

I will be making mimosas starting at 6pm on event dates and the sound healing sessions will be from 7pm-8pm. If mimosa's aren't your thing, feel free to bring the beverage of your choice and hang out with us!

These sessions are conducted by Andrea of Sound Healing Adirondacks at Under the Sun Wellness in Old Forge (5126 NY-28 Old Forge, NY 13420) starting at 6pm for happy hour, sound healing begins at 7pm on the following dates:

• Saturday June 17th 
• Saturday July 8th
• Saturday July 29th
• Saturday August 26
• Saturday September 30
• Saturday October 7
